Love it or hate it, Valentine’s Day is nearly here once again. Personally I’m not much of a fan, so I take my wife out for dinner a week before or after the actual day, which is cheaper and less lovey-dovey-roses etc. However, I still think it’s good fun to buy a present for someone as long as it’s not over the top. Last week as I finished my DKNY Be Delicious, I decided that I wanted to try a new perfume for work (smelling sweet is a must at Fragrance Mad as you can imagine!). I wanted something light, floral, not too overpowering and definitely not too expensive. I decided to give the Beckham Signature for Women a try, and I am definitely not disappointed.

It’s a really feminine fragrance without being too pretty, and is subtle enough to wear to work. I’ve had loads of compliments that I smell nice already! What really struck me though is that it is quite similar to Britney Spears Fantasy, but with a slightly more floral and vanillary tone. As Fantasy is one of our top sellers I thought I should tip you all off ready for the next time you fancy a bit of a change!  

My new fragrance for work - Beckham Signature

As many of you will be aware, VAT in the UK went up from 15% to 17.5% on 1st January 2010, which means higher prices for consumers. At Fragrance Mad however, we’ve decided to hold our prices and absorb the VAT increase ourselves, so our prices won’t be rising due to the higher level of VAT: good news for consumers all around!
